Mental Health Promotion and Counseling Committee

The Mental Health Promotion and Counselling Committee of Confluence College of Higher Education, Rajnandgaon, is established to promote the mental health and overall well-being of students and staff. The committee aims to create a safe, supportive, inclusive, and positive educational environment.

The committee works to raise awareness about mental health, reduce stigma, encourage open communication, and provide guidance and counselling support to students facing emotional, academic, social, and personal challenges. It also promotes stress management, emotional resilience, self-confidence, and positive thinking.

Through various awareness programmes, counselling sessions, workshops, and interactive activities, the committee strives to foster a healthy mind, a positive attitude, and the overall development of students.
